I exist in a body that wellness spaces were not built for. I built something extraordinary anyway. That is not despite my body, it is because I finally learned to listen to it.
My path here was not a choice between modalities. It was a necessity. Chronic illness. An misdiagnoed autoimmune disorder. Mold toxicity. A relationship that dismantled my sense of self. I took the long road back, through nutrition, inclusive movement, and eventually into the places where the wound actually lived: the nervous system, the subconscious, the history held in tissue.
Each modality I trained in answered something the last one couldn't reach. The body kept pointing deeper. I kept following.
I built this work because I needed it. The woman who sits across from me is not a stranger. I recognize her. Her intelligence, her exhaustion, her quiet certainty that something more is possible. I know her because I was her.
This work is Ancient and Precise. Mystical and Grounded. Fierce and Tender. It was built for women who have never fully seen themselves in a healing space are ready to.
