The reckoning

Healing wasn't
a luxury. It was
a necessity.

I exist in a body that wellness spaces were not built for. I built something extraordinary anyway. That is not despite my body, it is because I finally learned to listen to it.

My path here was not a choice between modalities. It was a necessity. Chronic illness. An misdiagnoed autoimmune disorder. Mold toxicity. A relationship that dismantled my sense of self. I took the long road back, through nutrition, inclusive movement, and eventually into the places where the wound actually lived: the nervous system, the subconscious, the history held in tissue.

Each modality I trained in answered something the last one couldn't reach. The body kept pointing deeper. I kept following.

I built this work because I needed it. The woman who sits across from me is not a stranger. I recognize her. Her intelligence, her exhaustion, her quiet certainty that something more is possible. I know her because I was her.

This work is Ancient and Precise. Mystical and Grounded. Fierce and Tender. It was built for women who have never fully seen themselves in a healing space are ready to.

"This is not surface-level self-help. This is root-level transformation."

"This is not spiritual bypassing. This is spiritual embodiment."

"Healing doesn't have to be hard — but it does have to be honest."

"Your body is not a problem to be solved. It is the wisest thing in the room."

The philosophy

The body holds
what the mind cannot solve.

Most women arrive here having already done significant work. They know their attachment style. They can trace their patterns to childhood. They have language for everything — and the thing still hasn't moved.

That's not a failure of effort. It's a signal that the entry point needs to change. The mind cannot release what the body is still holding. Understanding a wound and completing it are two entirely different things.

Through somatic hypnotherapy, past life work, muscle testing, inclusive movement and nutrition, I follow the body's own intelligence into whatever it has been holding. Some of what we find is from this lifetime. Some of it is older. All of it is ready to be completed. This is The Sentient Method: it begins in the body, where it always should have.

Who I work with

She is a version
of who I used to be.

The Intellectualizer: She can explain every trauma with clinical precision, yet feels like she’s observing her life from a distance.
The "Capable" One: The woman everyone leans on, who is expertly holding it all together while quietly evaporating inside.
The Seeker: She has the Human Design charts, the therapy notes, and the degrees—but she’s still waiting for the "click" of actually feeling whole.
The Unseen: She scrolls wellness content and feels invisible—not because she isn't "doing the work," but because she's already beyond the surface-level fixes.
She is not too broken to fix.
She is too wise for the tools she has been given so far.
Years of therapy behind her — she can explain every pattern and none of them have moved
Has made peace publicly with her body — privately still lives slightly outside it
Knows her Human Design, her chart, her wounds — and still can't fully feel them
Scrolls wellness content and feels entirely unseen by it — not because she's behind, but because she's beyond it
Has a deep sense that something big is coming — and can't locate it yet
What makes this different

Root-level.
Not surface-level.

Surface-level self-help
Root-level transformation
Spiritual bypassing
Spiritual embodiment
Understanding your patterns
Feeling them move and release
One modality, one lens

You are the project
You are already whole — we just clear what's in the way
Before and after
Return. Remembering. Coming home.

This work does not ask you to be more palatable, more positive, or more patient with a process that hasn't served you. It asks you to let the body lead — just once — and see what it already knows.

Here your body is not a before. It is not a project. It is exactly right, exactly as it is.
