About

Before I could guide anyone else through the dark, I had to find my own way out of it.

I didn't start out looking for this work. I started out trying to be easy to love, easy to be around, easy to keep close. It's a quiet kind of training, the kind that starts so early you don't remember agreeing to it.

It caught up with me eventually. First in my body, then in a relationship that asked me to keep disappearing long after I'd run out of room to. By the time I understood what was happening, the mask I'd been wearing had become the only self I could find.

There's a particular kind of collapse that happens when performing wellness stops working. Mine looked like losing the practices that used to hold me together, one at a time, quietly, while I kept telling everyone I was fine. I wasn't looking for enlightenment. I was looking for a way to stop white-knuckling my own life.

What I found wasn't one answer, it was a map I had to build myself, one modality at a time. Somatic hypnotherapy. Muscle testing. The parts of astrology and Human Design that actually explained why nothing else had worked yet.

Each one answered something the last one couldn't reach, and I kept following the thread until I had the whole path in my hands.

I'm not on the other side of this because I read about it. I walked every mile of it myself, which is exactly why I can walk it with you now, and why I can see the exact turn you're standing at before you've named it yourself.

The Practice

This isn't a practice built on theory. It's built from the actual climb, offered to you so yours doesn't have to be as long, or as lonely.
